Production & Sustainability All our fine art prints are custom-made to order. To reduce environmental impact and ensure fast delivery, your print is produced locally through our global printing partner, Gelato. With production facilities in over 30 countries, your art is printed as close to your delivery address as possible, significantly reducing carbon emissions.

Shipping Times & Rates

Because your prints are produced locally, domestic shipping is fast and reliable.

  • Production time: 2–4 business days.

  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Packaging: To ensure your art arrives in perfect condition, all prints are carefully rolled and shipped in heavy-duty, protective cardboard tubes.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every product is custom-printed specifically for you upon ordering, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. Please make sure to double-check your sizes and shipping details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your print is damaged during transit or if there is a printing error, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Please inspect your package upon arrival.

  • If the print is damaged, take a photo of both the damaged product and the packaging.

  • Email the photos along with your order number to karl(at)lundholmretouching.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately.
