Welcome to our online store. By browsing and purchasing from this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

1. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All visual content, including but not limited to ocean and surf photography, images, text, and website design, is the intellectual property of Lundholm Retouching AB.

  • Purchasing a physical print does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

  • You may not download, copy, reproduce, or resell any images from this website without explicit written permission from the artist.

3. Products & Pricing

  • Prices for our prints are subject to change without notice.

  • We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our prints as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Payment & Security

All payments are handled securely through our third-party payment processors, Stripe and/or PayPal, integrated via Squarespace. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.

5. Order Fulfillment (Gelato)

When you place an order, the printing and shipping are handled by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Gelato. We are responsible for ensuring that your order is submitted correctly to them and that any printing defects or shipping damages are resolved (as outlined in our Shipping & Returns policy).

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
